What is BULLMART? +
BULLMART is a collectible brand inspired by the timeless symbolism of the Bull. Through original art and design, each collection explores the enduring ideals of fortune, strength, and protection. Our debut collection introduced two distinct identities: Midas and Midnight. Together, they explore two complementary ways of approaching life, embracing possibility and trusting yourself when the path ahead isn't fully clear.
What editions are available in the collection? +
The BULLMART Debut Collection is available in two identities:
Midas: Inspired by the optimism of a new day and the belief that every journey begins with a decision to start.
Midnight: Inspired by the quiet certainty of the night sky and the belief that we don't need to see the whole journey before taking the next step.
When will my pre-order be shipped? +
All current products are available on a pre-order basis. Orders are expected to begin shipping from approximately August 2026.
As each piece is handcrafted, production and shipping timelines may vary. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship.
What is the general return and exchange policy? +
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case of a quality defect or shipping damage, a refund may be issued under our limited circumstances policy. Please see below for details.
What happens if my item arrives with a quality defect or was damaged in transit? +
We're sorry to hear that! Because all of our products are limited edition and individually numbered, we are unable to send a replacement item. In this case, you may choose one of the following options:
- Request a full refund for the affected item, or
- Receive a reservation for a product of the same size from our next available series release, dispatched to you upon release at no additional cost. Please note that the specific product assigned will be random and is subject to stock availability."
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the defect or damage so we can assist you promptly.
Can I exchange my item for a different design? +
No. Due to the limited-edition and individually numbered nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges for different designs.
What if my order cannot be delivered due to a remote location or unforeseen circumstances? +
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to logistics limitations in your area, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent successful delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any delivery issues.
How do I submit a refund request? +
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@bullmart.com with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos or documentation of the defect, damage, or delivery failure
