11. Returns and refunds
    1. Except as expressly required by applicable law, all sales are final. Bullmart does not provide refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, collector preference, packaging imperfections, market fluctuations or subjective grading expectations.
    2. In cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within a reasonable period after delivery, Bullmart may, at its discretion and subject to verification of the claim, offer you either:
       1. a refund of the purchase price paid for the affected product; or
       2. a credit equal to the purchase price paid for the affected product, which may be applied towards the purchase of a product from the next available series release that is of substantially similar size and retail value to the affected product, subject to availability.
    3. Bullmart reserves the right to request photographic evidence, inspection of the product and/or return of the product before considering any claim. Any determination as to whether a manufacturing defect or shipping damage exists shall be made by Bullmart acting reasonably.
