What is the WHATEVER × BULLMART Limited Collaboration Collection? +
This is BULLMART's first limited collaboration collection, created with Daniel Wu under the theme Fortune Mask. It introduces the first chapter of BULLMART through two editions: Midas Edition and Midnight Edition.
What is BOOMBULL? +
BOOMBULL is the first flagship collectible from BULLMART. A modern bull shaped by an ancient idea, created to carry fortune, strength, and forward motion into your space.
What editions are available in the collection? +
The collection is available in two editions: Midas Edition and Midnight Edition.
When will my pre-order be shipped? +
All current products are available on a pre-order basis. Shipping is estimated to begin approximately in August 2026 after your order is placed. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only — actual shipping dates may vary depending on production and logistics. We will keep you updated as your order progresses.
What is the general return and exchange policy? +
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case of a quality defect or shipping damage, a refund may be issued under our limited circumstances policy. Please see below for details.
What happens if my item arrives with a quality defect or was damaged in transit? +
We're sorry to hear that! Because all of our products are limited edition and individually numbered, we are unable to send a replacement item. In this case, you may choose one of the following options:
- Request a full refund for the affected item, or
- Reserve your spot to purchase an item of the same size from our next series release.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the defect or damage so we can assist you promptly.
Can I exchange my item for a different design? +
No. Due to the limited-edition and individually numbered nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges for different designs.
What if my order cannot be delivered due to a remote location or unforeseen circumstances? +
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to logistics limitations in your area, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that prevent successful delivery, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of any delivery issues.
